New passwords are cut off-they don't show and I can't use the PW generator

When I use the "create memorable password" generator for a new item, the new password window opens with the top part of the window cut off and I cannot see or copy the new password. I need to see it to write it down and to use it. The lower part of the window is fine and the behavior of the operation seems normal; I just can't see or use the new password. The window won't re-size or maximize to show the generated password and I have to make up my own pw. I would much prefer to use the PW generator!
