My 1Password team has stopped paying.
I would like to update my payment information and change the payment method from annual payment to monthly payment.
Is it possible to update payment information and change to monthly payment at the same time when no payment is currently being made?

    We don't discuss account details in the forum. However, you're always welcome to reach out to our billing team. Please use support@1password.com to do so. That said, based on your questions it may be possible. Please talk to my billing colleagues. They will know what can and cannot be done and can assist you along the way. I suspect you'll need their help to make things work the way you wish.
