I have 129 vaults and rapidly growing for our small corporate enterprise. I upgraded to 1password 8, how do I filter vaults by name so I can easily manage this many users? This worked wonderfully in 1password 7 for windows but it's not so obvious how it works now.

    Hi @bitlifter

There are three recommendations I can make based on what is currently possible:

    1. Search filters
    2. Collections
    3. 1Password.com vault view

    Search filters

You can filter search results to the contents of a specific vault by prefixing your search with

    =vault:Personal

in the search bar (substituting Personal for the name of the vault you want to view). For example, if I want to find the Zoom account in my Personal vault, I would do:

    =vault:Personal Zoom

    Collections

You can also create collections, which are groups of vaults (or, one vault) you can filter your view based on.

    1Password.com vault view:

Specific/individual vaults can be viewed at https://start.1password.com/

I'd be interested to hear what you find works for your use case, and/or any feedback you have for improvement.
