2FA code not auto-copying with new browser extenstion
Howdy,
I just recently converted from the old (legacy) Chrome extension to the new variant. With the old extension, it would automatically copy my 2FA code to the clipboard when logging in. The new one does not have that same functionality. Am I doing something wrong or is that a feature mismatch between the Chrome extensions?

Thanks for reaching out! As it currently stands, 1Password in the browser (the newer extension) doesn't automatically copy the OTP code after filling. Generally speaking, 1Password in the browser should automatically fill in the code to where it's needed. If you're having trouble with it filling on a site, let me know and I can investigate further. With that said, I can definitely understand how it would be useful to have the copying feature return, so I'll share your thoughts on an internal feature request we have on this.

Thanks for the info! The copy feature would not be necessary if it actually filled the code in, but so far I have yet to experience that.
For an example where it used to copy and now does not fill, check out Heroku (https://id.heroku.com/login).
Does it need to be a "known OTP" integration? I think I had to set this one up myself, which would make sense why it's not automatically filling it.

Thanks for following up. It doesn't need to be a "known" integration, however, the URL of the page needs to be in the Login item. Since Heroku logins flow through Salesforce for two-factor authentication, if you add
https://verify.salesforce.comto your Heroku item, does that improve your state of play? Let me know!Jack

It doesn't look like that helps -- you mean just adding "https://verify.salesforce.com" as another "website" on the stored credentials, right?
I tried that and "https://verify.salesforce.com/v1/verify/" and neither seem to do the trick.

That's correct. Here's an example of my Heroku login:
After filling in the username and password on Heroku.com, I'm taken to this page:
Click the 1Password icon in the field to reveal the menu, then choose your Heroku item to fill your one-time password. Let me know how you get on with that!

Ahh, I was expecting it to autofill it. It does indeed fill it if I trigger it again on the OTP page. Thanks!
