Glad to hear you're thinking about securing your digital life! To share between you and your wife, 1Password Families would be your best bet.
You'll each have a Private vault that you can use for accounts that only belong to you, like an email account or a Facebook account, as well as a Shared vault that you both can access, which would make sense for utility companies or a shared bank account. Let me know if that makes sense or if you have any other questions!

If you and your wife share all the same passwords and don't need to conceal passwords from each other, just buy an individual account and log into that account on all your devices (hers and yours) and you will be good to go.
