Is there a way I don't have to renter my master password in the Chrome extension every time I open Chrome, if I'm already running the MacOS desktop app?

I'm running:
1Password 7
Version 7.9.5 (70905002)
Mac App Store

1Password Version: 7.9.5
Extension Version: 2.3.5
OS Version: MacOS 12.3.1
