Generating passphrases - dictionary space

When I generate a passphrase (not a password), what's the dictionary size 1password takes values from? I found this topic back from 2016 (https://1password.community/discussion/56902/diceware-dictionary-size-and-feature-request) mentioning there were around 18k words. Is this still the case? Are words in dictionary somehow preselected/filtered (aftercall there are shorter and longer words). I'd like to be sure the passphrases are random enough as per today (2022)
