Feature Request - Ask where to store documents when downloading

Hi,
a related question was already asked here: https://1password.community/discussion/124784/default-download-folder-auto-open but since the issue is closed I would like to make an additional suggestion to that request here (I'm using the Linux board because that is the version I'm using).
Many apps like browsers and mail clients will allow you to toggle a setting that will let you choose a location every time you download a file (e.g. in a file picker), as opposed to specifying a location in advance. It would be nice if 1Password also had this feature, once custom download locations as described by the other request are possible.
