I'm sorry for the scare. I haven't been able to reproduce this. When I check the 1Password for Mac apps or https://watchtower.1password.com/ I'm not seeing any compromised website listing for my.1password.com. On the Login item in question do you have any other URLs listed?

The problem is the
discussions.agilebits.cominfo being mixed in with your 1Password account information. If you remove that and create a new separate item for1password.community, the warning will go away. If you haven't changed your password for this forum since November 2019, you should do so.
