Date/Time Format Mismatch on Sharing Password Page

I just found today that when I share an item with date fields that it seems to display them in US mm/dd/yyyy even though they are in UK/AU dd/mm/yyyy in my vault.

I first thought this was just a simple localisation issue (or that maybe my browser was incorrect), but then I saw at the top of the page where it displays the "view until date", it is displaying correctly in dd/mm/yyyy (the date is supposed to be 9th of August, 2022 in the below example.

I'll note this was when displaying in private tab on Firefox, but also same result in private and normal Safari.
