Manage Collections on 1Password 8 Mac

Can someone from the Community or the 1Password Support Team explain to me how Collections works on 1Password 8 for Mac?
I am a 1Password Family subscription holder and on my MacBook I have the 1Password for Mac 8.8.0 app.
In the app as I click on Manage Collections I create a New Collection and there are the same items that are in the Main Family account.
How to understand it? How to manage it?
I would like to have in Manage Collections only items related to, for example, my work.

    Hi @mac1:

    Great question! Collections allow you to create different groupings of vaults for various purposes. For example, I have a Daily Driver collection containing my Personal vault from my individual account, as well as a subset of the vaults I have here for work. Assuming you have a vault for your work items, you can then create a collection containing just that vault, and select to only see your work items.
