Immediately after updating to the latest 1Password 7 beta, I started seeing this debugging dialog info…

I checked out com.agilebits.onepassword7 and com.agilebits.onepassword7-updater. The key didn't exist in the former, but it did in the latter, however deleting it didn't have any effect after restarting the helper app.

I am running macOS developer betas (Beta 3) on my laptop, but it didn't seem particularly related given the messaging.

  • Hi @signe:

If you quit 1Password for Mac fully (right click the 1Password icon in your menu bar > Quit 1Password Completely), and then relaunch 1Password, does that improve your state of play? Let me know!

Same here with macOS Ventura and 1Password 7.9.6.BETA-1 (70906001). Purple window returns if you completely quit 1Password.

Edit: Reverting to 7.9.5 resolves the issue.

  • Hi @jgadbois / @verdi1987:

Thanks for letting us know. This is something we're aware of.
