how to keep from falling asleep

Hi, I'm using 1password on Windows Surface Pro 5 with the Duck Duck Go browser but it won't stay open/unlocked for the 360 minutes that I have entered. I've also tried different times like 300 and 260 minutes but it still locks up within an hour or so.

How can I keep it open on my personal computer so that I don't have to reenter my master password periodically throughout the day?

    Hi @Legger33:

    Where are you configuring the lock timer? If you're configuring it on my.1Password.com, then that setting only applies to the website, and not the apps or extension. You can configure 1Password 7 for Windows lock settings by opening and unlocking 1Password for Windows, then choosing 1Password > Settings > Security.
