Related items don’t seem to work in 1p8 from search results

I have a bunch of items that have documents linked to or link to other notes in the related items area and when I search for one and open the original item and click the related item it doesn’t seem to open it.

Is this a bug?

    +1 I too am experiencing this bug!

    I select a related item (from an item in the same vault) and am returned to “All Items”. Sadly frustrating.

    +1 as still an issue in 8.9.7

    Ends up listing all search results, where one needs to manually search for the specific document instead.

    I'm sorry that this issue is disrupting your workflow, our developers are still working on this and we hope to release a fix in a future update. I've added both of your reports to the internal work item for the issue so that our developers are aware that you're affected.
