Changed Master Password and cannot login :(

I changed my master password at 1Password.com and cannot login. I typed the new password twice as required, hit enter, and then downloaded the emergency kit.

I am still able to sign in on my iPad and iPhone and still signed in on the Windows app.

Not sure where to start :(

edit: If I lock the Windows app, then unlock it (with my old master password), this window appears:

Is this asking for my 1password account password, or master password?
