1password for safari crashes several times daily

Several times daily, 1Password for Safari crashes. Current versions given below, but this has been going on for at least a month now with previous extension versions and Safari versions. I have the most recent log if a developer wants it. I have tried deleting the extension (i.e. App store app) but that didn't help. Is there a fix?

OS Version: 12.5.1
