Gift card balance not used. AGAIN!

A while ago, I bought a $50 gift card. My current balance is $39.12.
Even though I indicated that the credit should be used for future bills, I got an email today that my account, again!, is frozen.
Guys, I'm getting tired of it, it's really annoying!

I need help to reactivate my account please.
