Two factor Authentication availability suggestion in Watchtower.
Options
1Password8 app on my iPhone 13 pro max (and I had this with 7) tells me that I have inactive two factor authentication on Paypal and Amazon.
For both of these websites I assumed I'd already set this up as I receive a text code when logging in.
Have I misinterpreted two factor authentication?

1Password would be unaware of text based two factor authentication. For 1Password to recognize this you would need to configure us to provide the code.
