Duplicate vaults after upgrading

Hello
I upgraded to 1PW8 from standalone. I followed the steps, installed 7 first etc.. I see that I have now two vaults, one "Personal" which I guess is the one that syncs across devices, and one named 1Password, from my previous Dropbox vault I suppose. If I understand correctly that vault is stored locally, and isn't synced anymore, but can i use it as a back-up? If not, how can I delete it?
(I have it installed on iOS devices, and a Windows PC)
