Renewed Subscription, Account still frozen

Hi there,
I renewed my 1Password subscription 2 days ago (Sep 18th) via the iOS App Store but it is still frozen everywhere (iPhone, Mac and Web). So unfortunately I lost 2 days of full access. What can I do to unfreeze?
