I have been charged twice for renewal

My renewal went through yesterday, and I now have two charges on my card - one for yesterday (although in a pending state) and one for today. However, both sets of funds have come out of my card - which is annyoing (not a credit card). I want to dispute one of them, but I have to contact the seller first - and this seems the only way to do so.
