1Pass won't fill in a pre-stored credit card (that works on other sites in Win 11) on the Battle.net launcher. 1pass shows 'unlocked' but i have to manually COPY from the stored record, it won't fill in or prompt.

  • Hey there @SkySong

You mentioned the "launcher" for Battle.net – is that an actual Windows app, or a page on https://battle.net/?

If it's a Windows app, you won't see a prompt to autofill anything, since autofill only works in the browser, but you can use Quick Access to help speed up the copy/paste process:

    1. Bring up Quick Access by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Space.
    2. Search for your credit card.
    3. Copy the details you need by pressing:
    • Ctrl + C for its card number
    • Ctrl + Shift + C for its verification number (CVV)
    • Ctrl + Alt + C for its expiry date
    1. Then press Ctrl + V to paste each element into the appropriate field.

☞ If you open Quick Access shortly after using it, the same item will be selected to help.

If it's a webpage and you're having trouble with autofill, you can use the same method above to copy/paste, but autofill should work, so let me know if that's the case, and I can give you some instructions on how to gather diagnostic data. :)
