1password icon is not showing up in the change password space any of my websites

in 1Password in the Browser

NEW User: Trying to generate new passwords and sign in with 1password, but the icon only shows up in my browser, not in the Change Password space in any website as shown in the YouTube and static help examples. When I click on the 1password icon in my browser (Firefox desktop) it spins forever, never loading anything.

    Hey @LindaB27,

    I'm sorry for the trouble you are having with 1Password in your browser.

    Can you let me know if you have the 1Password desktop app installed or are you just looking to use 1Password in your browser?

    If you are just using 1Password in your browser independently can you give the below steps a try:

    1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings
    2. Turn of 'Integrate with 1Password app'

    Let me know how you get on!
