Difference in types

I imported passwords from my browser and from my Iphone. It worked but I have duplicates where one has the "website" and the other has "website and app" but no indication of the url. What is the difference and which do I keep. Attached are the examples.

    I am removing the pictures to protect your privacy. Off-hand it looks like you would keep the one with the URL. Place one in the Archive and keep the other and make sure it functions correctly. If so, leave that other copy within the archive. (website and app)
