Can’t download emergency kit

I am a new customer. Could not download emergency kit. It is showing removed with a line through the address In the download list. How do I rectify ? I did not print info in advance. Where do I go in case I want to cancel this subscription prior to my 7 day free trial?

    Hi @diconje

    You can download your Emergency Kit at any time from 1Password.com, not just when you first start using 1Password. Here's what to do:

    1. Sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
    2. Click your name in the top right and choose My Profile, like this:

    1. Click Save Emergency Kit and follow the onscreen instructions to save the PDF. That'll look like this:

    Then:

    1. The PDF containing your Emergency Kit will then (by default) be saved to your Downloads folder.
