Can’t sync passwords across devices

We upgraded our family plan to 8.9.4 and although I can log into my desktop app fine, when I try to use the same password to login to my iPhone I get an error, “We weren’t able to sign in to your account…”. Fortunately, I can use Face ID for many apps on my phone, but some I haven’t set up or don’t allow Face ID. Then I have to go to the 1Password app, open with Face ID and then search for the credential I need and copy and paste into the app. A real pain. Especially since I do most things on my phone.

Can anyone help me get them to sync, please???
