I can't get 1Password to respond, maybe another user can help!

I've set up 1Password to sign me out after 10 minutes. Most of the time it does...but not always! Is there anything I can do? I'm running v. 2.4.1 on and Mac's High Sierra operating system. Thanks!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with auto-lock when using 1Password. I see that my colleague replied to your email on October 17th, if you don't see her reply in your Inbox then can you check to see if it might have landed in your Spam/Junk folder?

    I've just re-sent the email now, let me know if you still don't see it. 🙂

    I have checked my Spam folder looking for a response for the last several weeks...it hasn't shown up. Nor has anything from you today, other than the email which takes me to this location. Thanks, GE

    I see that my colleague has now used another method to send you an email and that you've received their new email. I recommend that you continue the conversation there and I'm closing this thread to prevent duplication of effort. 🙂
