upgrade from 7 to 8, why has some items been lost/dropped during the upgrade?

Prior to upgrade:
1 password v7 user. 800 item database. Had Social Security numbers stored under that category.

After upgrade to 1 password 8: No social security numbers exist in the 1password v8 database. I have done searches and nothing shows.

OS Version: Windwos 10 (most recent)

    Hi there @ClayDeuxMIlle

    Without knowing for sure, it's possible that you had a Primary vault in 1Password 7 (which doesn't sync to 1Password.com) and that the contents of that Primary vault didn't get migrated to your account.

    If you can send us an email to support+forum@1password.com with a link to this thread, we can take a look into this with you. You'll get a conversation number, which looks like [#ABC-12345-123], from BitBot by auto-reply – post that number here and I'll make sure your message lands with the correct team. :)
