How to apply the 50% discount at the end of the trial

Dear 1Password team:
I created a new account at 1password.ca. Today my trial has ended. I want to migrate to 1Password 8 but I don't know how to subscribe with the 50% discount. If I start with 1Password 7 Mac, it wants me to create a new account at 1password.com. But I do not need a new account.
Please help, what should I do.

1Password Version: 7.9.6
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 13.0.1
Browser:_ Safari

    And another question, does it matter if it is 1password.ca or 1password.com? I am in Canada.
