Does my 7.92 1P license for mac unlock editing on windows machine?

Installed legacy 1P for windows using dropbox for vault syncing, that worked fine, however it said to edit / add info I had to have license. Wouldn't my MAC 7.92 license authentication work?

    Back when we sold invidual licenses, they were per-user and per-platform, meaning your license for 1Password for Mac is only for 1Password for Mac.
