Is there an easy way to use it in docker-compose?

I run a program using docker compose. Because it can't replica, So I will not use K8s. What I want to achieve is not to leave secrets on the disk. But for now I seem to need to put both 1password-credentials.json and token on the disk. Although I can renew the token after I stop using the server. But let's say I'm protecting a token it becomes a question of whether there is a chicken or an egg first

And, why does connect-sync also expose an http port, What does it do?
