Dont see all passwords

A week ago I sent an email in which I described my problem, so far no response, so I will try here. My daughter is a member of the family group, logging in to the 1P level of the computer she sees only the shared vault, from the phone only her personal passwords. What to do so that on the phone and computer she can see her passwords and those shared with her?

    I'm sorry that you're not seeing a reply from the team. I believe that I've located your ticket and I see that our team responded:
