1password doesn't recognize my email

I purchased my license in 2020, I didn't get a secret code as is a stand alone. The program works on my my laptop and desktop. I had to wipe all my aps from my iphone, reinstalled 1passwork and now I cannot access without the secret code which I have never had. I have tried all the suggestions possible. In addition, when I ask for support, 1password doesn't recognize my email that I used to purchase the program. If I have to purchase a new 1password for my phone, can I connect to my existing 1passport or do I have to start all over?
