    You can add this in a way already, does the item 'medical record' help you? I just add my info from insurance card and edit it to fit the perimeters I want.

    Thank you for the suggestion! I can see how an Insurance item category would be useful and I've passed along your request to the team. In the meantime, the Membership item would be the best option as HenryY suggested. 🙂

    I tried the membership item for this and now it says "Expired. This Membership has expired. If you’ve renewed it, enter your updated information." (the only date entered is DOB which...)
    Otherwise, it works.
