Both my son and I have accounts. I can't access his shared account

I have a 1pass account. My son created a family account and a vault to share special passwords. He sent me the invite, I accepted, but I don't see the valut.

    Hi @maxboomer60

    Your son will need to make sure that he's granted you access to that vault, especially if it's not the "Shared" vault that comes with the account when you start using 1Password.

    ☞ Create and share vaults

    If you've been invited to a 1Password Families account and you've accepted the invitation, the Family Organizer will still need to confirm your access, so if your son is the Family Organizer, he'll need to check that you're confirmed as well. Family members can be confirmed from https://start.1password.com/people/
