Small 1PW Community Forum Formatting Bug for Website Team

I don't know if the web development/support team for the 1PW Websites (or the Community Forum Admin Team) are already aware of this but looks like some minor formatting code got broken with the website templates for this forum? When you post a new question/topic the last of the 4 additional information fields doesn't italicise properly as it's missing an _ (underscore) at the start of the 'name'... Just FYI (and I know small and insignificant but ever since I first noticed it a while ago I now 'look' for it on every new post I read)! I even edit every post I make to fix it!! 🙄😏 See screen shots below:
