Deleted items in recent list

The search screen has a list of recent entries which appears to include recently deleted items.

There is no indication that it is a deleted item and if you select/tap it, the app looks like it tries to open the entry (there is a momentary blank screen, sometimes the edit button is visible), realises it has been deleted and then returns you to the search screen with no indication of why the entry failed to open.

I was confused because I did not expect the item to still be visible given it had been deleted (I know it is recoverable for 30 days).

I would suggest that deleted items should not be visible in the list of recent items.
