Feature Request: Make uploaded photos have editable file names
When inputting your insurance information online I've had several sites require uploaded images of the front and back of my insurance card. I just added pictures of my insurance card and there is no way to distinguish which image is the front-side of my insurance card and which is the back-side. To use the images stored on 1password I have to first download them and then upload them to the site that is requiring them. Upon downloading them the images once again without opening them to see you have no way of knowing which images is of the front or back of your insurance card.

Agree. I’m happy for the images to retain even shoe a number if that aids 1P security but a user editable field is needed asap. Storing IDs in iOS Photos so I can find them is a convenient option but storing it in 1P is far better IMO.
