I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to find and open the 1Password app on your iPhone. Can you please try the following:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Search for 1Password.
3. Tap Open.

If this opens the 1Password app then it sounds like you just removed the 1Password app from your iPhone's home screen. You can find the 1Password app in the App Library on your iPhone:

To move 1Password from the App Library back to your home screen you'll need to go to the App Library, search for 1Password, and then hold and drag the app to your home screen.

If you see a button labeled Get instead of Open when you search for 1Password in the App Store then this means that 1Password isn’t installed. Tap on Get to install the app and then follow these steps to add your 1Password account to the app: How to add another 1Password account to the apps
