Issue moving data between 1password accounts

Hello.. I'm trying to move my 1password.ca personal vault to my business-provided 1password.com family account vault.. I tried manually exporting the personal vault in .1pux format and then importing into the new family vault and I keep getting "Import Failed - Make sure your internet is connected and try again" errors.. attempted on both Mac and Windows. Please help!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're running into trouble when migrating to a new 1Password account.
