I can’t get this app to work on my ipad or iPhone safari & chrome

I have tried to use this app for weeks. I have yet to figure it out. It will not auto fill on Safari/Chrome on my ipad or iPhone. It repeatedly has me inputting my master password. Incredibly frustrating and more so because there is no human reachable by phone or chat to walk me through it. Email support is not enough

    Hello @robjackson74! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble filling passwords on your iPhone and iPad. As a start, please make sure that you've enabled 1Password for Safari on both devices: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad

    Then, when you open a website in Safari you'll see 1Password automatically suggest your login right on the page:
