Titan security key on iPhone 13 Pro

Hopefully others know about Titan security keys. Been trying to upgrade my 1password security and decided to get some security keys. Settled on Titan because the specs say it works with iphone NFC.

Anyway, got 2 Titan USB-C+ NFC Keys and they aren't recognized on my iphone via NFC. Strangely, they work perfectly on my ipad through USB-C port.

Does anyone know if the keys work with iPhone 13 running IOS 16.3?

    Hello @Brad_I! 👋

    I'm sorry that your Titan security key isn't working. Can you clarify if it's not working for just the 1Password 8 for iOS app or is it not working for any app or website?

    Have you already registered the security key with your 1Password account? Are you seeing any error messages when you try to use the security key?

    @Brad_I are you holding them near the top of the device on the back like you would using Apple Pay at point of sale terminal?
