Is there a "does not contain" filter for tag searching?

Another user who has migrated over from Lastpass, and I've been trying to use tags to increase security and clean up a lot of accounts. I'd love to be able to more easily search and filter for various tags, and even for different parameters such as by date last updated, last used, things like that.
Is there a way to search for items that don't contain certain tags? I checked the search knowledge articles but couldn't find any reference.

    Thanks for your message. You might find the details in this guide helpful - Search in the 1Password app to find what you need - Search filters. This includes details about searching items using the =untagged: filter. It's not possible to search for items that don't contain certain tags.

    With regard to your comment about filtering items, the below sort by option are available within the app
