    Whether or not a user can Export a vault is one of the settings that the account Owner or other Admin can control. So simply allowing everyone to export all vaults they can view is not the correct solution. However, what 1Password should do is display a notice during the export process along the lines of:

    "The contents of the following vaults will not be exported because you do not have export permissions for those vaults:
    Name of Vault #1
    Name of Vault #2"

    Ideally, there would be a text file alongside the export that reiterates that notice.
