Went to Playstore and downloaded 1Password 8. After downloading, the App began installing but the arrow just keeps spinning and the App never installs.

    Hi @barryjaya, thanks for writing in. I'm sorry there's been an issue installing 1Password.

    If your S9 has been updated to Android 9 or newer, 1Password should install as expected. I'd like to ask you to open Recents and close the Google Play Store app then restart your device and try installing 1Password again. Does the install work?

    If not, I'd like to ask you to clear the cache on the Google Play Store:
    1. If open, close Google Play by removing it from Recents.
    2. Open device settings.
    3. Tap Apps.
    4. Search for and select "Google Play Store".
    5. Tap Storage.
    6. Tap Clear cache (not Clear storage).
    7. Open Google Play and try installing 1Password again.
