Searching nerfed after recent updates?

One of the best new features of 1password 4 is that the search would actually look in other fields such as notes or custom fields, just like the Mac and Windows versions do. I was positive this was working before 4.1, however now it appears the search does what it did in version 3 and only searches a few basic fields like username and title. Is this something that was broken in an update and will it be returning? The "smarter" search is why I purchased this upgraded version.

    This is a bug in 1Password 4.1.x. It'll be fixed in the next major update to 1Password 4. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    What you're looking for is the Expand search to all fields option, it's missing in the 4.1 update. The next update should bring it back and let you search through all fields.
