How do I get Support to actually support me

I have a problem of some significance. When I send email to Support it takes forever to get a reply and when I do, it is completely unhelpful. I reply and then do not hear back for 24 hours. This has been going on since Monday (today is Friday) and as a result I can not use 1password. I phoned the Toronto HQ but no one ever answers the phone...

This is very frustrating - more like something one might expect from free software... but it is a paid application. How do I get them to notice me and actually provide support???
