Cannot import password from individual account to family account

Hi 1password team,
I have an individual account that has just finished 14 days trial. I exported my password to a file. Today, I joined a family, and I can't import passwords from that file. In the window app, Import is disabled. On the web, it says(Image below). Please help me.

    When I try to import passwords from files, it does not allow the import to the family account, it only allow to an individual account.(Pictured below, I'm using an account I just created to get a trial, I want to try to see if it's because the account is out of the trial. But no, even the membership account is still not allowed to import into the family account )

    I found the solution. I export CSV, then I import from the web, and it's successful.
    So problem is, it does not allow to import .1PUX file from the app when the account is a family account. Is this bug?
