Question is pretty self-explanatory. If I have an personal account or if I have a 1Password Families account with a private vault, how can my survivors access the data.

    You would likely want to save your 🚒 Emergency Kit and keep it with your other important papers. I would record your password in the space provided and if that type of even should ever occur your heirs would have the needed details. They would download 1Password and then sign into your account and could readily access the information from there.
