open sourcing 1password

I know this has been brought up before but i have a different take on it. I think open sourcing would be good to allow others to write clients for 1password. This is what attracted me to bitwarden at first but the lack of 2FA on free accounts was a nonstarter.

There are always going to be feature requests that either agile either doesn't have time to do or doesn't feel like it fits what they want.
